Print Media invitations and Google Doc Invitations are both great ways to invite parents to meetings. While Print Media Invitations look professional and can be designed to fit any occasion, online invitations via email through Google Docs is more efficient than sending paper invites to meetings with parents. I find that Google Docs help to keep me organized. It has all my information in one spot and sends reminders to me and the parents about what time the meeting is and if they are still able to attend.
